Issue Guide Overview

Action on Aging: How do we make sure we are ready?

How will our communities respond to the growing number of older citizens? How can our older years be healthy & fulfilling? How will we cope when we, or our loved ones, experience chronic illness, frailty, and dependency? Communities must begin to plan now for the generation turning 65 in the year 2010. To do so, the Champlain Long- Term Care Coalition wants to build upon its history of collaboration so that our community can confront these challenges systematically and effectively.
