We have concluded our dialogue-to-change meetings and held our Action Forum. The organizing group has reconvened, Action Teams assigned, and tasks launched. Now it is time to write up a summary of our dialogue-to-action process and share with participants, local leaders, etc. I'm looking for good and effective templates or some best practices suggestions.
