Positive Change in the Hilltop was the Hilltop Alliance's first Dialogue to Action. Two Action teams formed - Repurposing Vacant Properties and Community Services Coordination - and continue to meet monthly. This Dialogue led to a 2010 Public Safety Dialogue to Action. We have adopted the Dialogue to Action as our model for community engagement, planning and decision-making.
