Issue Guide Overview

How Can We Build a Stronger Ames that Includes Me?

The guide is a tool to help participants use community level conversations to bring about positive change in how they feel, think, and act. How can we stop making hurtful assumptions about residents based on race, ethnicity or social status? Through guided conversations, participants get to know each other and collectively reflect on what keeps each of us from being inclusive of others who are not like us.
