Issue Guide Overview

Diversity Circles on Dismantling Racism

This guide was developed for use in Mary D. Bradford Senior High School, to give students and faculty a forum to discuss issues and concerns related to racial/ethnic dynamics in their school. The 5 sessions of this guide move from sharing personally on this issue, creating trust, and into discussions on stereotyping, privilege and power. Participants finally consider what changes they can create individually and throughout the school, and they create action plans.
