"Domestic Abuse: It's Okay to Talk About It"

Mobilizing the voices of everyday citizens such as friends, neighbors and co-workers, first responders, advocates, surviving family members of domestic homicide, small businesses, and others at the grassroots level to transform passions, concerns and talk into action to prevent domestic abuse and domestic homicide. Founded by Donna Bartos in August 2006, Purple Ribbon Council’s mission is to raise awareness and engage everyday people in the prevention of domestic abuse.
