I am currently employed at Drug Free Marion County, a not-for-profit organization comprised of concerned citizens dedicated to preventing and reducing the negaive consequences from the use of alcohol, tobacco and other drungs in our community. I am a graduate of Martin University where my major study was Addiction Counseling. I have resided in the Brightwood/Martindale community since 1962. Currently, I am a member of Robinson Community Methodist Church, where Pastor Robert Harvey is the Pastor. Drug Free Marion County founded its first Youth Advisory Council in October of 2007 where I am residing as an Adult Advisor. Our members range from the age of 14 to 24. The mission of the YAC is to preent underage and binge drinking in their communities by educating young adults through community outreach and partnership.
