Prioritizing Action Ideas Activity ChartThis activity is designed to help coalition and action team members evaluate action ideas and make decisions where the group has a chance for success. Small groups should use this tool before making a decision on which actions to pursue.  It gives work groups a way to evaluate what they send to an action forum and it gives the action teams preliminary guidance about levels of impact and levels of feasibility.

This tool would be useful in the first action team meeting and/or when action ideas cannot be combined.
