Support Authentic Dialogue and Positive Change

Three people standing together, smiling

Everyday Democracy works for a democracy where all voices are valued, and where active participation and racial equity become a permanent part of the way we work as a country at the local, state and national levels.

Everyday Democracy’s ultimate goal is a democracy that includes everyone, and we believe our tools, advice and resources help foster that kind of change. We strengthen democracy by making authentic engagement and public participation a permanent part of the way we work as a nation.

Since racism remains a significant barrier to achieving our potential as a country, all our tools and resources pay special attention to structural racism.

Dialogue to Change

Our ultimate goal is to create positive community change that includes everyone, and we believe that our tools, advice, and resources will help foster that kind of change. Whether you’re grappling with a divisive community issue, or simply want to include residents’ voices in city government, Everyday Democracy's Dialogue to Change process, using a racial equity lens, can help.
